SaxOffender to perform for Pukka Up on Sat

Ed Norris one half of the Super Mario Bros will be performing for the Pukka Up Christmas party in Birmingham. Expect Ed's (aka SaxOffender's) quirky and intelligent Saxophone skills to wow the bambu crowd as he weaves an extra layer into the music.

As always if anyone if you are stuck for tickets feel free to call James or Ed before the night starts. (However the official channels are posted below)

Check out the Pukka Up blurb......

PukkaUp are super pleased to announce they will be bringing an epidemic of infectiously funky house to the beautifully refurbed Bambu, Birmingham every third Saturday of the month, beginning with some cheeky festive activities on Saturday 20th December.

With Christmas just around the corner the infamous and may we say ever so slightly festive Pukka Up Dirty Cops will be working away to ensure they bring you one hell of a party before Christmas Day itself looms! So we say forget about the stresses of wrapping (that’s what gift bags are made for!), d
o your last minute shopping on line, and come dance off that Christmas Turkey before you’ve even eaten it - you’ll even have time to recover before those dutiful family appearances you annually have to make!

As new-comers to Birmingham, you may have seen Pukka Up on Living TV’s ‘Ibiza 2008’ or maybe caught them on the 6 shows they co-toured with MTV’s Galaxy Chart Show in 2007 or just maybe you have read one of the amazing reviews written about them? Well now’s your chance to experience the parties for yourself!

Infamous for their fun 6 commandments to clubbing, Pukka Up demonstrate ‘Clubs Are for Dancing’, ‘It’s all About the Party’ and ‘You should Get Paid to Pout’ which ultimately evolve in to glamorous type protests with memento protest boards, stickers and caution tape handed out to the crowd – so prepare to get involved!

They say the best things come in small packages and to kick off their very special launch at Bambu this couldn’t be truer as they bring with them the gorgeous Little Billie as well as Jay Dee Thomas and providing a few saxy tones will be the ‘SaxOffender’.

So forget the 12 days of Christmas, dust off your spangliest and most faithful dancing shoes, and grab your biggest bit sprig of mistletoe and get those lips ready to Pukka Up in serious style.

Word of warning to all you naughty boys and girls out their, Santa probably will probably still visit you this year BUT the Pukka Up Dirty Cops will be on hand to make sure you unruly lot are kept in check, although look a bit closer and you’ll probably also see them causing some mischief on the dance floor!
